I meant to gush earlier, but after the mandatory and grueling task of upolading the Pemberton Fest Fuckery Flicks to Facebook, these pics, which I had meant to set aside for the blog had become carelessly discarded to LaCie’s external abyss. But! (Huzzah?) I have recovered them for hopes of finding the apple of my eye, the young man’s “A to Z’s of Rap” T Shirt, for which I had offered him all the cash in my fanny (hey!) in exchange. Alas, the boy sensed the desperation in my dilated pupils, and wouldn’t succumb to my attractive charms offer. He claimed to have gotten it in Calgary at “The Rock Shop”, who I have contacted, to no avail. From their website, it appears to be an electric guitar dealership. Not fly. EBay pulled through with the print in question as a poster (!) But I really just wanna walk it out. (Rap’s new W?) Hmmm… now i’m getting some ideas.

More Cowbell! This Juxtaposition was brought to you by the Citizens of Pemberton.

I looked for this one in town but they only had faux-Heineken label Pembie shirts. Blech.

Aright I’ll give this one a try…FauxHoMoFo…. And Miss On n On Badu know what time it is.

Deere God! Another Citizens of Pemberton moment. Yes they all have their own numbers.

East Van was in the house REPresenting Greece and Grease…

And this one’s the farthest thing from a T-Shirt, but OhhhhhWeee, hey boys?
So, Which one’s your favorite?
Hey guys, I just got the memo…

I’m always weary of posting youtube clips I stumble across; since I don’t freak it on the daily (the search is both aimless and perpetual, I would never leave my house), I fear being the last one to know about the gut-busting phenomenon that happened that one week. So after a few clicks of investigation, my initial delight was soured by the fact that this gem came out in like April and already has an a-milli remix, and pseudo-response raps in the guise of Eli. So if you don’t know, now you knowwwww (you’re welcome). And if you knew about this, well, what the heck guys?
ROFL LITERALLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY (DIPSET DIPSET!)
We might win some, but we just lost two…

The world has lost yet another inspiring entertainer this weekend. And man, I know i’m not the only one that’s getting sick of learning about recent deaths via facebook statuses. Do me a favor friends, when I go out, please don’t reduce your e-sympathies to a blip on a social networking website. I hereby am at least expecting one of you bad-Shut Yo Mouths to rent out a webpage for a month in dedication to me if we’ve so much as gotten hammed together. Yeah, yeah, i know thats asking a lot of about half of downtown, but there’s only so much facebook induced apathy I can absorb before I become completely numb.
Here’s something to warm you up, do yourself a favor and invite a sexy friend over and half shut your macbooks for this’un.

Just a side note, I was just thinking about how that (yeah cut n paste)Hyperbolicsyllabicseequedalymystic song came on at my work on friday on our satellite radio (Souuuuultownnn!) and I caught the sample and ran up to check the name of the song on the little satellite box screen and i made a joke aloud to myself about how it was way too long to wait for the scroll and try to pronounce, but in the midst of all the friday bullshit at work i still really felt the track enough to run up and check it out and was like “oh shit shaft is the man”… I’m glad he got in my brain for a minute there before he peaced the next day.
